Enetics RTUs are simple to install and simple to operate. Small by design and weather impervious, the GasTrack, GasPoint, GCM and VERIFI RTUs capture natural gas distribution network parameters including flow velocity and volume, static pressure, temperature, humidity and contact closures. An integral LTE Cat M1 cellular modem provides encrypted data telemetry for fast, reliable alarm notifications and periodic operational performance data storage to the EneticsEDGE™ cloud servers. The Enetics RTUBlue™ local Bluetooth communication App provides convenient operational verification during installation and site visits. A 5-year battery life eliminates the need for costly power drops at remote sites.

Communication

Enetics provides multiple ways to communicate with our sensors and RTUs, whether it’s at the site or remotely. LTE Cat M1 cellular technology allows Enetics RTUs to reliably send encrypted data to the EneticsEDGE cloud database.
The VERIFI system uses this same technology to report real-time line repair pressure data to the cloud and then LTE Cat 1 technology to continuously update the EneticsVERIFI cellphone App.
Interfacing existing SCADA systems is simple and secure using the GasComm Control Module (GCM). Polled by the SCADA RTU over Modbus, all existing Utility SCADA security protocols remain undisturbed, allowing secure data acquisition by the SCADA enterprise.
The RTUBlue Bluetooth cellphone App is ideal for fast local RTU communications including real-time sensor readings and cellular call control.
