Cannot Locate File ws2_32.dll or ws2help.dll When Running Windows 95

Symptoms

When you try to run PowerScape or Analysis station on a Windows 95 machine, you may receive the following error messages:

Cannot locate file WS@_32.dll or WS@HELP.dll

Resolution

Download and install the W95ws2setup.exe update file.
